It's Been 8 Years!

Today is a good day.

Today is not only November 16th!

Today marks the day 8 years ago

when my husband and I vowed to love

each other through sickness, health, good, bad

and all that.

Today Mike and I have been married

for EIGHT YEARS!

:) What a great feeling.  With

all the marriages failing these days,

I feel so incredible lucky to be in a wonderful

marriage with my guy. 

Our marriage is by no means perfect.

But, we strive to make it work. 

We love each other too much not to work at it.

I couldn't imagine my life without him.

He is an incredible father.

So loving and attentive.  So plugged in

to their every need.  It's so special to have a husband like that.

He is a wonderful husband!

He loves me no matter what.

Which to me is saying a lot. 

There are times when I am difficult,

but he loves me still.

He is there for me, supports me, encourages me.

He tells me like it is.

Happy Anniversary babe!!

I will love you forever.

And ever, and ever and ever and ever

First before I start the giveaway... did you all see the blog post MY HUSBAND wrote to me for my birthday??? If not... go read it!!! What a beautiful thing he wrote to me. Had me in tears. It was a gift in and of itself. My husband truly is amazing, and I am reminded of this daily, when he does the laundry or doesn't always gripe about the house being a disaster. He supports me wholeheartedly in my business ventures, and encourages me to think outside this business box. He is always there for me, caring for me and our girls, and he is just so caring, loving and fun! He does so much for us that amazes me, and he took time out of his incredibly insane work day yesterday to write an amazing blog post to me. Swoon indeed!!! Thank you, Mike! You are the most amazing husband! I love you now and forever. xo

Best Gift E.V.E.R.

Besides my husband and children, of course!! ;) ha ha. What am I talking about? Take a look at what my husband got me for our Anniversary...



I LOVE IT!!! Yes, again from The Vintage Pearl. :D Can any of you guess where the quote is from? Leave it in the comments if you know. I helped Erin come up with this necklace, and told Mike a little bit about it... so, he has been conspiring with her for about 2 weeks to do this necklace. Got so many excuses from Erin as to why she couldn't complete the necklace "right now". ha ha ha! Now I know it's because she was making me one! ERIN! IT LOOKS AWESOME!!!

Mike is out of town for the week. Boo hoo. I have lots to do, though! Always plan many things when I know he is going out of town. Being busy is the key to making it through the week. ;) I also have Friday to look forward to for other reasons! Mike and I are going out for our Anniversary. He is taking me to dinner and to see Twilight!!!! Woo Hoo.

7 Years & Counting!!

Yep! That's right! Mike and I have been married for 7 years as of today!!! Wow! It's been an amazing 7 years - of course with it's hard times, good times, scary times, emotional times, memorable times, and unforgettable times!
Mike and I have been through a TON throughout our marriage, but we have grown stronger because of it. I truly know that I am the luckiest woman on earth to have found my soul mate!


This picture is not the greatest... I look horrible! But, Angelina took it. :) Here ya go Emily! A picture of me, and my husband. ;)
